International Wildlife Consultancy Group (IWC) is an Australian based environmental company that works with its clients at a personal level, offering expert guidance in interpretation and support with regard to environmental monitoring services, wildlife relocation, ecological survey, occupational monitoring and habitat management. Our staff has over 16 years experience in consulting to government and the private industry both locally and internationally; with projects undertaken in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore and Japan.
Our team includes ecologists, wildlife veterinarians and zoologists. We hold experience in a range of ecological assessment services including detailed fauna/flora surveys, radio tracking and wildlife mitigation.
IWC routinely conducts habitat assessments for rare, threatened, endangered or sensitive status species and prepares management plans in compliance with relevant government policies. IWC support sustainable use of wildlife and habitats. To achieve these aims we conduct front line field research, hands on management of habitats, wildlife and interactive education.
IWC is committed to making a difference to Australian Wildlife Conservation by working with Government agencies, developers, private stake holders and investors to identify wildlife threatened by development, and then together finding a solution.
UGL Balflour Beatty Limited
IWC staff are currently conducting wildlife survey and wildlife relocation work for the Western Downs to Halys 275kV Double Transmission Line on behalf of UGL Balflour Beatty Limited.
Gold Coast Rapid Transit System
IWC staff are also currently conducting Habitat Values and Wildlife Spotter Catcher Assessment for the Gold Coast Rapid Transit System.
